Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• • The course or subscription is defective or misrepresented.
• • The course is not compatible with your mobile device due to technical issues.
• • You enrolled in the wrong course due to a purchasing error.
• • You are unable to learn or complete the course due to Vemosa Skills Academy's inability to provide adequate support.
• • Your payment has not been received by Vemosa Skills Academy.
